Can Not Find The Reason That It Is Unable To Use Function Keys. So, I Am
looking for the driver of Function Key utility which is included.

Hi,
I work for Dell's Social Media Team. There is no Quickset Software which controls the FN key functions for this system. So you will need to check if its enabled in the Bios. Press the F2 key at the Dell Logo on startup to enter the Bios, move to Post Behavior and press enter, move down to FN Key Emulation and make sure its enabled.
This is enabled by default, so I recommend check if this is disabled.
