Hi grhjaJIMGUN,

I'm from the Dell Social Media Team.

HDMI ports carry audio signals along with the video signals.

You will need to set the HDMI audio as the default sound device by following the steps provided below:

1. Right click on the Speaker icon on the bottom right corner of the screen and select "Playback devices".
2. In the listed audio devices, click on the HDMI output and click on the "Set Default" tab.
3. Click "Apply" and then "OK".
