E6520 Ethernet Adapter Not Working When Docked

Hi rshouasib,

When docked the systems on board NIC port should automatically disable, transferring NIC functionality to the docks Ethernet port.

If the docks Ethernet port is not functioning I would suggest testing another system on the dock initially to make sure it’s not a dock port failure.

If other systems have the same issue on this dock replace it.

If other systems work, try updating your system BIOS and reinstalling the USB Root Hubs from the device manager
