Installing New Black Cartridge

After installing a new Black cartridge, the panel on the prnter says:"Black cartridge missing". I've re-set it several times. Help Bob

Hi,

I work for Dell's Social Media Team. I recommend you click on the below link, and click on user manual for the printer, and follow the steps on page 88 to help fix this issue. If it does not work, I recommend you uninstall the printer software, from control panel, add remove programs, and reinstall it.
