Unable To Install Md_launcher

Unable to install Dell storage management software on my system in which Windows 7 is running. While clicking the MD_LAUNCHER a black screen will apper and disapper soon.

Hello,

Try extracting the ISO locally on your machine. Once that is done then try running the exe file as administrator & it should start the install.
