Dell V515w Cannot Clear Document In Queue

Hi,
I work for Dell's Social Media Team. To clear the documents from the print queue you have to do the following:
1. Click Start > Run and type services.msc in the open box
This will open the Services window.
Scroll down to Print spooler and double-click on it
Stop the service
Do not close the Services window yet. Instead, minimise it.
Now click Start > Run and type C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS. Press Enter.
Delete all the files in this folder
Go back to the Services window and double-click on Print Spooler.
This time start the spooler service.
This should clear the print queue.
