Cannot Get My Dell V525w To Scan. Print Is Ok.
Printer will not scan using the front panel to scan to a USB to computer or using the directions on the program mode. Keep getting a message that there is no communication and to be sure the scan software is installed on the computer. I assume the scan software is installed during the disk installation process.
