False Reading On Ink Indicator Light. Cannot Print. How To Reset
Have inserted new black ink cartridge but indicators show cartridge is empty. Cannot print or remove error message. How to reset. Have turned off printer and pulled out power brick from back of machine. Started up again but nothing has changed. Still the same message. Cannot copy either.
