I Booked Two Flights Today Using My Rewards Miles.

The travel rewards service did not give me a chance to request cancellation insurance on the flight, and since I have a 97 year old mother, I usually buy flight insurance. Is it still possible to buy cancellation insurance on this flight through Delta?
