Baggage Weight Allowances

What is the total check in weight allowance of baggage for 1 person flying from Miami to Johannesburg, South Africa. Both your branches in South Africa have given me diffent information. The Johannesburg branch says 1 bag weighing 23kg with 18kgs hand luggage. The Cape Town Branch says 18kg for hand luggage and 2 check in luggage bags each weighing 22.5kg. Please advise soonest as the flight leaves Miami tomorrow 11 Dec 2010. Thank you for your urgency.
