Flight Query Flight Dec 24

i have booked my flight with alpha flights they are refusing to issue my eticket and they have collect the moneynof £740 plus additional fees from my credit card and i would like to know if am booked on flight 261 to miami from lhr on the 24 returning on the 8th jan 2012 pls i am very worried about this company they are so rude
