Lost Luggage ..

On August 4 my luggage mysteriously disappeared from DELTA baggage claim area and since then no one seems to be able to nswer on the question where is my luggage .I am a seaman and travel to NY to start my 4 months contract -I end up without any belongings dut to lost luggage .On one at the baggae claim seems to care to find my two suitcases. I simply asked for the security camera to be looked in order to see who had taken my luggage as the workers there have no idea. How unprofesional is everyhting !!!!At this mometn and two weeks already I scream form help and understanding ..

I hope you filed a lost/delayed baggage claim. You have the right to compensation of up to $50 per day for the first 5 days and then reimbursement of your lost articles after the initial claim.

Please refer to the following information. If you are not receiving the assistance you are entitled, contact Delta below and ask them who can help you. Your situation is unacceptable and they need to help you.
