We Need Two More Digits To File A Claim

We were given a partial claim number for delayed luggage and were to receive a call to our resort for the last two digits. That was almost four days ago.

You need to call Delta at 1-800-221-1212 and explain the situation. They should either give you a contact number for the baggage claim at the airport you arrived, or contact baggage claim for you. Even if you're missing 2 digits, they should still be able to pull up your baggage claim information by your name and flight information.
