Planes do not have any power hook up for laptops, you will have to run off battery.

Some planes are equipped with WiFi-- it varies by the model. When you book your flight online, there is often an icon by the flight that tells you whether or not the plane has it. However, this is not a free service-- you will have to pay a fee to login.
