5140019-42 Tuning knob assy is the most common - it can also be the PCB but if the radio works but you can't change the station I would replace the tuning knob assy.

Please Accept my answer by providing you with the best possible solution. Would be more glade.

The IC on the tuner board of the Dewalt DC011 is a TEA5767. It is a single-chip FM/AM tuner that can receive frequencies from 88 to 108 MHz (FM) and 530 to 1710 kHz (AM). The TEA5767 has a number of features that make it ideal for use in the Dewalt DC011, including:

Low power consumption: The TEA5767 consumes only 10 mA of current, making it ideal for battery-powered devices.

Sensitivity: The TEA5767 has a sensitivity of 1.2 microvolts, which means that it can receive weak signals.

Selectivity: The TEA5767 has a selectivity of 70 dB, which means that it can reject adjacent channels.

AGC: The TEA5767 has an automatic gain control (AGC) circuit that maintains a constant output level regardless of the strength of the signal.

If the tuner board in your Dewalt DC011 is not working, you can replace the TEA5767 IC. You can find the TEA5767 for sale online or at electronics stores.

Here are the steps on how to replace the TEA5767 IC on the tuner board of the Dewalt DC011:

Unplug the radio from the power outlet.

Remove the screws that secure the back cover of the radio.

Remove the back cover of the radio.

Locate the tuner board.

Remove the old TEA5767 IC from the tuner board.

Solder the new TEA5767 IC to the tuner board.

Reassemble the radio.

Plug the radio back into the power outlet.

Once you have replaced the TEA5767 IC, the radio should be able to receive FM and AM radio signals again.

Here are some additional tips for replacing the TEA5767 IC:

Make sure that you purchase the correct IC. There are many different types of TEA5767 ICs available, so it is important to get the one that is compatible with your radio.

Be careful when soldering the new IC to the board. It is easy to overheat the IC and damage it.

Once you have replaced the IC, test the radio to make sure that it is working properly.
