Rude Employees And Rude Customer Service

When To Store No Help Or Knowledge From Employess Complained To Customer Service That I Had To Go To Two Stores To Make Purchse And Then They For Got To Give Me My Discount I Wanted A Gift Card To !00.00 For All The Inconvience Of A $1000.00 Item And They Call Me Back To To Tell Me To Return Item, I Just They Just Dont Care About The Customer

Sorry to read you had such a bad experience with Dick's Sporting Goods.

Most businesses want customers to have a pleasant experience while shopping at their stores. Some of them will even go the extra mile to make it "right" with a customer if he/she complains about the level of service recieved.

May I suggest you contact the Corporate Office about the level of quality this store's customer service provided you. It will not only help you feel better about the incident, but will also make Upper Management aware that some of the store members may need to be reviewed and perhaps recieve additional training.
