Most businesses want customers to have a pleasant experience while shopping at their stores. Some of them will even go the extra mile to make it "right" with a customer if he/she complains about the level of service recieved.
May I suggest you contact the Corporate Office about the level of quality this store's customer service provided you. It will not only help you feel better about the incident, but will also make Upper Management aware that some of the store members may need to be reviewed and perhaps recieve additional training.
