How do I put the dirt cup back on securely after I get done cleaning it out?

To put the dirt cup back on securely on a Dirt Devil UD70169 vacuum cleaner after cleaning it out, follow these steps:
Make sure that the dirt cup is completely dry.
Align the tabs on the dirt cup with the slots on the vacuum cleaner.
Push the dirt cup firmly into place until you hear a click.
Test the dirt cup to make sure that it is secure by lifting it up slightly. If the dirt cup does not lift up, it is secure.
Here are some additional tips for putting the dirt cup back on securely:
Make sure that the dirt cup is empty before putting it back on the vacuum cleaner.
Make sure that the filter is clean and dry before putting it back in the dirt cup.
Do not overfill the dirt cup.
