How 2 Get Good Customer Service Or Cancel W/out Big Fees Outta Them?

I've had problems w/Dish since install 7/16/12. Very,very dissatisfied with equipment. Told I was getting a Hopper. Didn't realize until a wk ago,it's NOT! DISH wont give me Hopper now cause Im not a "new customer". Cant watch Live TV & record at same time. Not meeting my needs, cant imagine 1yr+10month longer w/ DISH and inferior equipment. Any suggestions how to get satisfaction?
