My Husband Is Receiving Charges From A Collection Agency For A Fraudulent Acc.

SOMEBODY STOLE MY HUSBAND SOC. SEC`# AND ON DECEMBER 5, 2009 OPENED AN ACC. WITH DISH NETWORK, AND ONLY MY HUSBAND KNEW ABOUT THIS 3 YEARS AFTER HE RECEIVED A CHARGE FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY THAT HE OWED SOME MONEY TO THEM. HE CANCELLED THE OLD ACC. ON MARCH 5, 2009 AFTER HE OPENED AN ACC. WITH DIRECTV WE SENT SOME PAPER TO THEM TO LITTLETON, COLORADO, BUT ON THE 18 OF JUNE THIS YEAR HE RECEIVED ANOTHER LETTER FROM THE COLLECTION AGENCY, THEY DID DO NOTHING ABOUT THE MATTER TO CLARIFY HIS GOOD CREDIT AND THEY ARE RUINING HIS GOOD NAME.
