Can We Move The Incoming Cable?
We moved into this new apartment 4 months ago and are now finally settled. I am wondering if it is possible to have someone come out and move the location of where the cable comes into the house? Also would there be an additional cost to do this?

Normally, the locations at which a cable/satellite line enters an apartment is determined by the owners of the apartment complex. Many times, such owners will only allow entries in one place and one place only. You will have to check with your complex management to see if they will allow you to move your current entry point.
And, yes, you will be charged by the installer for such a service.

The basic rule of thumb with apartments is that there cannot be any new holes drilled. If there is another place for the cable to enter the apartment we can utilize that for you just fine. In order to relocate the cable there will be a custom work order fee associated with the work order. Feel free to E-mail me at: [email protected] and I can set this up for you!
