We Have A Toddler Son That Somehow Has Zoomed In Our Menu Guide We Can't Fix It!

our toddler son has somehow zoomed in the network guide and we cannot figure out how to fix it! Please help!

Hi, I am sorry you are having this issue but I will be happy to assist you. On your remote under the number seven should be a "*" button. If you press this button, it will change the format on your Tv picture. Press the button until you find the correct format.
