Hi, DISH does not have a return location in Florida at all. There are only three locations that equipment can be returned to:

DISH Network Service, 90 Inverness Circle East, Englewood, CO 80112

DISH Network Service, 1285A Joe Battle Blvd., El Paso, TX 79936

DISH Network Service, 525 Dunnett Court, Spartanburg, SC 29303
