Hi, the DISH Network Protection Plan is a service that provides fee shipping for replacement equipment. It will also discount Technician Visits from $95.00 to $15.00. It is a service I do recommend but you do have the ability to remove the service if you so choose. If you would like any additional assistance, please feel free to e-mail me directly. Thank you!
