Hi, there are several ways you can upgrade your programming package with DISH. if your receiver is connected with to a phone or broadband line, you can use the remote to upgrade. You can log into your online account and upgrade your programming. You can chose to contact a DISH representative directly but they do have $5.00 Agent Assist Fee to change the programming.
