Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your channels. When the receiver is disconnected from the satellite signal for a length of time, the receiver loses the authorization for the programming. You will just need to contact DISH and we will send an authorization to the receiver and your programming will return. Please email me if you would like my assistance. Thank you!
