No Hd Coming From Hopper

I have 4 tvs hooked up to my Hopper and Joey's. 3 HD and one standard. The HD tv that is hooked up to the actual Hopper isn't receiving HD programming, wholey other two HD tvs hooked up to Joey's are getting HD programming. In other words, I can watch tv in HD on 2 tvs hooked up kobo joey's but can only watch standard through my HD tv hooked up to the hopper. Just started last night. It had worked fine for 3 months before. Help!!

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your HD programming at the Hopper and I would like to assist you. Can you please open the small door on the right front panel for the receiver and press the red rest button? When the receiver resets, please press the guide button on the remote and the top right hand side should say My Channels. If you press the guide button again it will list My HD channels. Please let me know if your channels show up there. You will want to put the guide back on my channels after you check this and if you are still having a problem, please email me directly. Thank you!
