In order for two remotes to work tv2, all you need is a second UHF remote with a blue tab with a 2 in it.
Once you have that, access the System Information screen from the TV1 and note the number where it says "Secondary Remote Address". On the second TV2 remote, hold down SAT until all the lights on the top turn on, then let go and it will be blinking. Enter the number for your TV2 location and press #.
After that, try the remote and see if it's working! If you have any other questions, just let me know.
