Signal Loss: What Does Signal Code 31-12-45 Mean?

The code gives us a better indication on which trouble shooting steps to try, in order to resolve this issue. The first step to try would be a hard reset. You can do this by unplugging the receiver from the wall outlet for 10 seconds. Please check the wiring on the back of the receiver to make sure everything is plugged in and hand tight.
