Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your sound on your receiver. Have you tried to reset the receiver by unplugging it from the power for 10 seconds? The next step would be to check the cables on the back of the receiver? Make sure all the cables are connected right next to each other. If you are still having a problem, please email me with your receiver model number and what type of cable connects the receiver to the TV. Thank you!
