My Video Is Not Showiong..signal Loss!
i can only hear my audio i cant see video at all.. it says signal loss!

Hi, my name is Cheri Torres and I work on the Social Media Team at DISH. I would be happy to help with this issue. Can you please try unplugging the receiver from the wall outlet for 10 seconds? You will also want to make sure that all the cables are hand tight and in the correct spot. Please make sure that you are not seeing any obstructions to the dish outside. Greetings - Please try the following -
Unplug the receiever/cable box from the power outlet for some 10 second - plug it back and turn it on. This should allow the to reboot and thereby resolve the issue. Hope this helps.
