Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with the remote changing both TV's. It does sound like your receiver is in single mode. Please open the little door on the right hand side of the reciever and press the Mode Button. It should turn on the blue light on the front of the receiver and both TV's will have an independent picture again. If you are still having an issue, please email me directly. Thank you!
