Channels Turning By Themselves

I am curious as to why our tv changes channels on its own and how can we stop this? By the way it is not the remote it does it with the batteries out of the remote.

Hi Kgk328, I would recommend to readdress the remote to the receiver. Please follow step three in the link that I am providing. If problems continue please let us know so we can help you.
