Hello, my name is Becki, with DISH Network. There are a few things that could cause this to happen. You want to make sure that you have 3 lights on the front of the receiver, an orange, blue, and green light. You will also want to check the cabling on the receiver. You will want to make sure that you have a cable going from the TV to the receiver where it says TV1. Then you want a cable coming from the wall to the spot that says Home Distribution. Your remotes could also be on the same address and need to be reprogrammed. You can check this by going to menu-menu and looking at the bottom two lines.  This can be confusing! If this does not work, or if you continue to have issues, please let me know!
