Hi there djgl! My name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It is my pleasure to help you. To stop Recording a recording in progress you can just press the Stop button on the remote. To delete a show that you have created a timer for and need it to stop recording consistently you will need to delete the Timer you created for the show.
