2005 Dodge Neon

what mileage is recommended to change timing belt. Should I also change water pump, thermostat and serpentine belt.

The timing and serpentine belt should be changed every 65,000 miles just to be safe. The others could be changed every 100,000 but I would recommend 65,000 for optimal performance.
