Wrong Website

Former store DEALS- now Dollar Tree @ the Hollywood Florida 33020 locations, is still issuing receipts with the website www.dealsfeedback.com to fill out survey for $1000 daily and $1500 weekly drawings. When you attempt to enter your survey number either by phone or online it is rejected. After much trial, error and research ultimately found the Dollar Store Inc. website to place my entry. I have other issues as well with my service at this store but each time tried to fill out the Complaint Form when I tried to submit it was told my session had timed out. After 3 attempts I just requested a call back from customer service.

I suggest you type your complaint in a word processor & then copy & paste it to the Complaint Form to avoid it timing out!
