Locked Domains

All my active Domains have been blocked/locked, and I can't figure out how that happened.  I called today, and the young man that helped me submitted a Case #01343106, and then I jsut got through doing the same as a new Case # of 01347269.  I don't understand how my websites got blocked, and would like an answer asap, because they are down, and need to get back online.  My sites are up to date as far as being paid for, and I am good to go with my web hosting fee also.  I would like to know what happened, and I want to make sure it NEVER happens again.
