How do I fix my Dymo cartridge?
Troubleshooting: The ink ribbon is coming out of the Dymo labelmaker with the label
Take out the cassette and pull the tape 10 cm out of the cassette.
Wind the ink ribbon by turning the black spool in the cassette clockwise until the ribbon is taut and flat.
Reinsert the cassette and print an empty label.
If the print starts to fade this is almost always an indication that the batteries need replacing. We believe this to be because the printhead requires more power than the drive motor, so when the batteries get very low the text will fade while the tape still feeds giving the "out of ink" effect.
