Why Won't Usb Port Read Jump Drive?

Have you tried another jump drive to see if that works? Have you tried a different device or USB port to see if that will resolve the issue? Have you ensured that you have selected the correct port on the TV that corresponds to the USB port (IE: HDMI 3, etc)?
If you are still experiencing issues after going through these tips, you can try to power cycle the TV. Unplug all devices connected to it, as well as the TV from the wall/outlet, and turn them off. Leave unplugged/powered off for a few minutes and then re-connect everything & power the TV back on. Restore settings back to factory defaults. Otherwise, I would suggest to schedule repairs, in case it is a hardware-related issue.
