Mouse Left Click Will Not Take Me To Web Page High Lighted Or Instruction Hi Lig

left click will not work, taking my to web address or instructions. works on everything other then that. Did RUN then regsvr32 actxproxy.dll and other four suggested, not working, key bord works OK. HELP
