What Does It Mean When The Dyson Won't Turn On And There Is A Flashing Light

Your brush bar is probably clogged. Unplug the vacuum and clean out the brush bar. Then plug it back in and hit the reset button. The reset button is very small, so you may have trouble locating it. Usually on the lower back side of the handle or on the base of the vacuum.
You may have to wait up to an hour for the reset button to reset the vacuum. If it doesn't start right up, come back in an hour and see if it works then.
