I Cant Answer Question 3 On Page 2
Can you help me answer question how do i describe my occupation.Because i am a stay at home mum with two children.

You should list your occupation as "homemaker". Nothing wrong with staying at home and raising your children. Most men would view that as a noble occupation.
You could also list your occupation as "caregiver". That is usually reserved for someone caring for a sick or elderly parent who is dependent on your help. But your children are also dependent on your help, so it is a similar occupation.
