Cant Book A Flight

i am trying to book a flight on january 3rd at 18 05 from liverpool to Amsterdam and return t Liverpool from amsterdam on Tuesday 7 th of January ,,it wont let me even though its stating these flights are available i always fly easy jet and need to be on that flight as my dutch boyfriend will be on it too after spending xmas here in UK...please please help i am s upset..
