Please Confirm That Third Boarding For Disabled Persons Is Arranged At Check Inh

being disabled do i arrange third boarding at check in last time i was refused and told to go to dept lounge carousel when i got there they would not process me because i was not on their system should have been put on by check in. please help with correct procedure one that i have been using for at least 10 years or has it changed i want to avoid any arguments when i fly at xmas sandra was the culprit on check in a heavy weight black girl thank you t piper
