Hi. ID requirements for children

Children under the age of 16 travelling on domestic flights in the UK, France, Spain and Portugal are not required to provide identification if accompanied by an adult who can vouch for the child’s identity. Children travelling on domestic flights in Italy must be in possession of their National Identity Card or Passport.

Children travelling on international flights must have either a valid ID card or passport and any other necessary documents. Specific restrictions exist in relation to ID requirements for children of certain nationalities, or travelling to/from specific countries. Please refer to the below table for further information.
