Lost Flight Booking Information

Due to a computer prolem I have lost all the booking and check in information for my flights. I did make a note of the outbound flight number-EHSGX5. From London Luton To Zurich on Mon 11 October. Our return flight fron Zurich is booked for Tuesday 26 October. Due to to the failure of my computer Idid not receive the insurance policy details from Mondial.
