Can I Cancel Flight From Rome On 5th As I Did Not Get There?

On 20th April flights were still off. I was asked at 6pm to confirm or cancel B&B booking in Rome. I cancelled and went out to a meeting. When I returned there was a possibilty that flights were flying. Did the flight 6475 Ncl-Ciampino leave? It seemed problematical risking going to airport at short notice. So I am still in England and not able to use my return flight 6476 on 5th May next week as a result.
