Refund Request For Denial Of Payed Speedy-bording Service?

Dear Ms/Sir My spouse (Rachel Shacham) and myself were pulled out from the line of passengers at the beginning of speedy-boarding flight 1191 on 17/03/11 at Basel airport by French officials for a random security check, while other people continued to board the flight. By this act we were denied the service of speedy-boarding that we paid for by voucher EHD5M5R. It should be noted that we were checked by the security officers earlier when we entered the departing hall; furthermore, we stood in line according to our speedy-boarding privilege for more than 15 minutes, thus letting the French authorities sufficient time for the random second check, without delaying us at the time when the actual boarding took place. As we paid for the speedy-boarding and were denied the service, I would like to be fully refunded for a contracted service which easyJet did not provide. Please confirm with Ms Agnes Enderlen - chief steward on that flight. Sincerely Itzhak Yuli
