You seem to be confusing us, an independent help site, with EasyJet.

EasyJet's return policy is as follows [in boldface]:

If you simply change your mind after buying something on board, you can return it within 28 days so long as it's unopened and unused. Simply fill in our inflight returns webform and return the goods to us. We'll get back to you within 7 - 10 working days.
