If you booked online at easyJet you can sign in and go to manage my booking to change a variety of details, including names.

If you made reservations elsewhere, you should call Customer Service at 0843-105-5000 8/:00am – 8:00pm GMT or go to the Contact Us page to the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page if the reservation was not made in the UK.
